Everyone must go through a test to get to the next level in life. In my opinion, I believe the problem is most people do not pay attention to the lessons when they are giving throughout life. Therefore, when tests and trials come we fail. We build up negative thoughts about ourselves and others and struggle through life. I had many lessons that I didn't pay attention to when they were free.

Consequently, I had to pay for them. I went through life as if I had it all together when inside, I was broken and ashamed. In this book, I tell real-life stories about how I went through unhealthy relationships, struggled with my past hurt, and how I overcame those challenges.

Can a woman who has been deeply hurt by life trials be healed? Can she ever love a man again after she experienced a broken heart? My answer is Yes! My yes comes from my journey and from seeing many women who believe they can't overcome their past hurt. God can heal all pain, and he is willing, but one must let him in.
